This is a fixed-term contractual engagement for an initial period of 2 years, extendable up to a maximum of 3 years based on organizational requirements and satisfactory performance.

The recruitment is open to candidates with a B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) degree in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent CGPI, along with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. EIL Associate Engineer Grade I Recruitment 2026 – Vacancy Details and Eligibility

EIL has announced 12 vacancies for Associate Engineer Grade I across three specializations. The engagement is on a fixed-term basis, initially for 2 years, extendable up to a maximum of 3 years. EIL Associate Engineer Grade I Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process

There is no written test for this recruitment. The selection process consists of screening of applications and certificates followed by a Personal Interview. On the day of the interview, applications are first screened to confirm eligibility. Only candidates meeting all eligibility requirements proceed to the interview. Depending on the number of candidates, interviews may continue until 8:00 PM on the same day or extend to the next day. Candidates must make their own stay arrangements. Selected candidates must be medically fit to join.

Salary Details

The consolidated monthly remuneration varies based on the city category of posting. The salary is inclusive of HRA and PF. In addition to the monthly remuneration, selected candidates are eligible for medical insurance premium reimbursement (up to Rs. 2,00,000 per annum for self), out-of-pocket expenses for working beyond standard hours, coverage under the Company's GPAI Scheme, travelling allowances for official duty travel, and paid leave of 2 days for each completed month as per Company Policy.
