Assistant Manager Qualification & Experience

• AM (Electrical): Degree in Electrical/Electronics/ECE with 60% marks + 3 years experience in ship building/repair/marine
• AM (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical/Marine/Naval Architecture with 60% marks + 3 years experience in quality control/hull fabrication/piping

Supervisor Qualification & Experience

• Supervisor (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical (7 years exp) OR ITI in Welding/Fitter (15 years exp) with supervisory experience
• Supervisor (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical/Electronics (7 years exp) OR ITI in Electrical (15 years exp)
• Supervisor (Finance): B.Com/BBM/BBA with 60% marks + 7 years experience in finance including 2 years supervisory

Workmen Qualification & Experience

• Office Assistant: Bachelor's Degree with 60% marks + 2 years office experience
• Draftsman: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical with 60% marks + 2 years drafting experience
• Technician (Electrical): SSLC + ITI + NAC in Electrician + 2 years experience
• Store Keeper: Graduate with PG Diploma in Materials Management OR Diploma in Engineering + 2 years storekeeping experience

• Assistant Manager: 30 years (born on/after 02 September 1996)
• Supervisor: 45 years (born on/after 02 September 1981)
• Workmen: 30 years (born on/after 02 September 1996)
• Relaxations: SC/ST +5 years, OBC +3 years, Ex-servicemen as per GoI rules

Assistant Manager — Consolidated Pay

• 1st Year: Rs. 49,500 per month
• 2nd Year: Rs. 50,700 per month
• 3rd Year: Rs. 51,940 per month
• 4th Year: Rs. 53,220 per month
• 5th Year: Rs. 54,540 per month

Supervisor — Consolidated Pay

• 1st Year: Rs. 40,650 per month
• 2nd Year: Rs. 41,490 per month

Workmen — Monthly Gross

Assistant Manager Selection

• Objective Type Test: 50 marks (60 minutes, 50 MCQs — GK 10 + Subject 40)
• Personal Interview: 20 marks
• PowerPoint Presentation: 30 marks (on work experience)
• Total: 100 marks. Min pass: 50% (UR/EWS), 40% (SC/ST)

Supervisor Selection

• Phase I — Written Test: Objective (40 marks) + Descriptive (40 marks)
• Phase II — PowerPoint Presentation: 20 marks
• Total: 100 marks. Min pass: 50% (UR/EWS), 45% (OBC), 40% (SC/PwBD)

Workmen Selection

• Office Assistant & Store Keeper: Offline Objective Test (70 marks) + Descriptive Test (30 marks)
• Draftsman & Technician: Objective Test (30 marks) + Practical Test (70 marks)
