STPI Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2026

Post-Wise Qualification (Direct Recruitment)
- Administrative Officer (A-V): Graduate with 6 years experience in personnel/administration/vigilance, OR Postgraduate with 4 years experience in the same field. Desirable: Diploma in Personnel/Financial/Purchase Management, or MBA with 1 year experience in Personnel/Administration/Vigilance.
- MTSS ES-V: 3-year Diploma in Electronics/Computer Science/IT/Telecommunication OR Bachelor in Electronics/Computer Science/Computer Application/IT OR DOEACC 'A' level certificate, with 2 years experience.
- MTSS ES-IV: Same academic qualification as MTSS ES-V (Diploma/Bachelor/DOEACC 'A' level), with 1 year experience.
- Assistant (A-II): Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. Desirable: 6-month certification course in Computer Operations.
- Office Attendant (S-I): Matriculate or equivalent. Desirable: Knowledge of typing, computer operation and operating photocopying/fax machine, tea/coffee maker, etc.
