Short Information: Railway Recruitment Cells (RRCs) have started releasing the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Admit Card for RRB Group D CEN 08/2024. The Prayagraj zone admit card was released on 18 July 2026, with PET from 25-28 July 2026. PET Standards – Male Candidates
- Weight-carrying task: Lift and carry 35 kg over 100 metres within 2 minutes (single attempt, without putting weight down)
- Running task: Run 1000 metres in 4 minutes 15 seconds
- Height: Minimum 165 cm (General/OBC/SC); 160 cm (ST)
PET Standards – Female Candidates
- Weight-carrying task: Lift and carry 20 kg over 100 metres within 2 minutes (single attempt, without putting weight down)
- Running task: Run 1000 metres in 5 minutes 40 seconds
- Height: Minimum 152 cm
- Weight: Minimum 45 kg

- Visit the official website of your respective Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC).
- Click on the "RRB Group D PET Admit Card 2026" or "PET Call Letter" link.
- Enter your Registration Number.
- Enter your Password or Date of Birth.
- Fill in the captcha code.
- Click the Login/Submit button.
- Download the admit card PDF and take 2-3 printouts.
