The Office of the District and Sessions Judge, Rewari has released the recruitment notification for 18 Stenographer Grade III posts on an ad-hoc basis in the Rewari Sessions Division. This is a temporary recruitment under Rule 7 of the Haryana Subordinate Courts Establishment (Recruitment and General Conditions of Service) Rules, 1997.

Candidates aged 18 to 42 years as on 1 July 2025, possessing a Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science or Commerce along with computer proficiency and English shorthand speed of 80 WPM, are eligible to apply. The offline application process started on 27 August 2026 and the last date to submit the application is 17 September 2026 up to 5:00 PM. The English Shorthand Test is scheduled for 28 September 2026, followed by the Computer Proficiency Test on 5 October 2026.

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 25,500/- per month for the ad-hoc period, which lasts for six months or until regular appointments are made by the Hon'ble Punjab and Haryana High Court, Chandigarh, whichever is earlier. A total of 18 vacancies are available for the post of Stenographer Grade III on an ad-hoc basis. The category-wise reservation is as per Haryana Government norms, including General, SC, BC-A, BC-B, EWS, PwBD, ESM, and ESP categories.

• In case suitable candidates from reserved categories are not available, the posts shall be filled from amongst eligible candidates of the General Category, strictly on an ad-hoc basis.

Educational Qualification

Age Limit
