Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Only Indian nationals eligible. Qualifications must be from Indian universities/institutes recognized by AICTE, UGC, or Government of India.
- Age Limit: Maximum 30 years for UR/EWS as on 01 September 2026. SC/ST: 5 years relaxation. OBC-NCL: 3 years. PwD: 10–15 years. Ex-Servicemen: as per GoI guidelines.
- Minimum Marks: 45% in essential qualification for all posts. For CA/ICWA and certifications with no minimum, a pass is sufficient.

Selected candidates are placed in IDA pay scales — Grade W-3 (₹19,600–47,900) for Junior Driver, Grade W-4 (₹20,200–49,300) for most Non-Executive posts, and Grade W-7 (₹22,900–55,900) for Accountant.
