Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) Invites Online Applications for 7299 Para Teacher (Sahayak Acharya) Posts — Advt No. 04/2026 (Regular 6101) & 05/2026 (Backlog 1198) — Single Common Exam — No Negative Marking
The Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) has released two connected notifications for the Jharkhand Prashikshit Sahayak Acharya (Para Category) Sanyukt Pratiyogita Pariksha – 2026: Advertisement No. 04/2026 for 6101 regular vacancies and Advertisement No. 05/2026 for 1198 backlog vacancies. Online applications are open from to through the JSSC portal.

Selection Process
Selection for both regular and backlog vacancies is based on a single-stage Main Examination conducted in OMR/CBT mode. All questions are objective multiple-choice type. There is no negative marking for wrong answers. Important Instructions
- Admission to the exam is purely provisional; issuance of an admit card does not confirm final eligibility, which is verified later through document checks.
- Candidates must ensure their name spelling and date of birth match their matriculation certificate exactly.
- Reservation benefits will only be given if claimed in the prescribed format in the online application; certificates in formats other than those prescribed in the notification appendices will not be accepted.
- Mobile phones, pagers, Bluetooth devices, or any electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited inside exam centres.
- Scribe/writer facility is available only for specified categories of PWD candidates (blindness, low vision, both-hand locomotor disability, cerebral palsy) subject to a written request submitted at least 15 days before the exam.
- Candidates involved in furnishing false information, impersonation, or malpractice will have their candidature cancelled and may be barred from JSSC examinations for the next 2 years.
