Join Indian Army has released the notification for 6 Short Service Commission (Non-Technical) women vacancies under the NCC Special Entry Scheme 125th Course (April 2027). Online applications are open from (3:00 PM) to (3:00 PM) through the official website joinindianarmy.nic.in. The entry includes 5 General category posts and 1 post for Wards of Battle Casualties.
Unmarried female candidates aged 19 to 25 years (as on ) holding a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with minimum 'B' Grade in NCC 'C' Certificate exam and 2-3 years of service in Senior Division/Wing of NCC are eligible. Selected candidates will undergo 49 weeks of training at Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai from April 2027 with a stipend of Rs. 56,100 per month. On successful completion, candidates are commissioned as Lieutenant at Pay Level 10 (Rs. 56,100 - 1,77,500).
