HUDCO offers competitive remuneration on the IDA pay scale (w.e.f. 01.01.2017).

CTC includes Basic Pay, IDA (55.7%), HRA (30%), Perks (35%), Superannuation (30%), and PRP. Other benefits include conveyance, company-leased accommodation, medical reimbursement, loans, group insurance, and social security benefits.
Selection Process
Selection is based solely on Personal Interview. There is no written examination.

- Shortlisting ratio: 1:15 (subject to availability).
- Document verification before interview.
- Interview: 100 marks total - Job Knowledge (50), Work Experience (20), Personality (30).
- Minimum qualifying marks: 70 (UR/EWS), 60 (OBC-NCL), 50 (SC/ST).
- Interview in Hindi or English.
- No communication within 120 days = candidature not considered.
