Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) Visakh Refinery has released a notification for 24 Turnaround Consultant posts. This is a short-term contract engagement for retired PSU Oil and Gas professionals. The contract period is 3 months starting October/November 2026 for the Block Turnaround at Visakh Refinery.

Eligible candidates are superannuated employees of HPCL or other Public Sector Oil and Gas Companies with relevant departmental experience. The upper age limit is 64 years as on 31 July 2026. Applications must be sent by email as a single PDF before 12 September 2026.

Monthly Compensation

The monthly fee will not exceed the applicant's last drawn salary (Basic + DA), after adjusting the notional monthly payment from Annuity (without commutation). Reimbursement of conveyance and mobile expenses will be provided as per HPCL guidelines. TDS will be deducted as applicable.

Work Pattern

Selected consultants will work in General Shift or Rotational Shift (8-hour or 12-hour schedule) as advised by the Turnaround In-Charge.
