Rs. 67,700 – 1,23,100 — 7th CPC Pay Levels — Contractual Engagement
Selected candidates will receive consolidated remuneration as per ESIC Medical Administration guidelines. The salary structure follows 7th CPC pay levels — Professor: Rs. 1,23,100 (Level 13), Associate Professor: Rs. 78,800 (Level 12), Assistant Professor: Rs. 67,700 (Level 11), and Senior Resident: Rs. 67,700 (Level 11). All posts get applicable allowances. See, this is contractual engagement, so no PF, pension, gratuity, medical allowance, seniority, promotion, or TA/DA for conferences are admissible. But for retired employees, the total pay can be drawn without deduction as this is not treated as re-employment.
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Tenure: 1 year, extendable annually up to 3 years, subject to satisfactory performance
- Security Deposit: Rs. 30,000 (Demand Draft) at the time of joining, refundable after contract completion
- Leave: 2.5 days Earned Leave per completed month; no half-pay leave or leave encashment
- Private Practice: Strictly prohibited during the contract period
- Simultaneous Employment: Not permitted at any other hospital or medical college
