So ECHS Panaji has released a notification for 11 Various Posts including Officer in Charge, Dental Officer, Pharmacist, Nurse Assistant, Ambulance Driver, Safaiwala, and Female Attendant. And this is a contractual recruitment on a monthly salary basis ranging from Rs. 21,800 to Rs. 95,000.

What is interesting is that the application mode is offline. You need to download the application form from the official website, fill it out, and send it to the address mentioned in the notification. The last date for submission is 20 August 2026. And yes, there is no application fee for any category.

The interview is scheduled for 27 August 2026, and candidates will be selected based on the interview followed by document verification. So if you have the required qualification and experience — whether Graduate, BDS, GNM, B.Pharm, or even 8th pass or Literate for certain posts — this is a decent opportunity to work under ECHS in Goa and Maharashtra.

Post-wise Qualification and Experience

• Officer in Charge (Panaji): Graduate with minimum 5 years work experience in health care institutions or managerial positions
• Dental Officer (Panaji): BDS with minimum 3 years work experience
• Dental Officer (Sindhudurg): BDS with minimum 3 years work experience
• Nurse Assistant (Sindhudurg): GNM Diploma / Class I Nursing Assistant Course (Armed Forces) with minimum 5 years work experience
• Pharmacist (Panaji): B Pharmacy from a recognized institute OR 10th/12th with Science and Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948 — Minimum 3 years work experience
• Dental A/T/H (Panaji): Diploma holder in Dental Hygiene / Class-I DH / DORA course (Armed Forces) with minimum 5 years work experience
• Ambulance Driver (Panaji): 8th Class / Class I MT Driver (Armed Forces) with civil driving licence and minimum 5 years work experience
• Female Attendant (Panaji): Literate with minimum 5 years work experience
• Female Attendant (Sindhudurg): Literate with minimum 5 years work experience
• Safaiwala (Panaji): Literate with minimum 5 years work experience
• Safaiwala (Sindhudurg): Literate with minimum 5 years work experience

Selection will be done on the basis of Interview followed by Document Verification. Candidates who submit a valid application before the last date will be called for the interview.
