CUTN Guest Faculty Recruitment 2026 for 29 Posts, Apply by Email

Apply by Email Before 7 August 2026 - Honorarium Rs. 1,500 per Lecture

The Central University of Tamil Nadu (CUTN), Thiruvarur has released Advertisement No. CUTN/GF/01/2026 inviting applications for 29 Guest Faculty posts across 12 departments. This is a temporary, honorarium-based teaching engagement for the academic session. Even superannuated (retired) teachers can apply up to a maximum age of 70 years.

Candidates must have a Master's degree with 55% marks in the relevant subject along with UGC-NET/CSIR-NET or a Ph.D (NET exempted for Ph.D holders). The last date to apply by email is 7 August 2026. Honorarium is Rs. 1,500 per lecture, up to a maximum of Rs. 50,000 per month.

• Educational Qualification: Master's degree with 55% marks in the relevant subject from a recognized university
• NET Requirement: UGC-NET/CSIR-NET qualified (Ph.D holders are exempted from NET)
• Age Limit: Maximum 70 years (superannuated teachers also eligible)
• Experience: Teaching experience preferred but not mandatory for fresh Ph.D holders

• Honorarium per Lecture: Rs. 1,500
• Maximum Monthly: Rs. 50,000
• Nature: Temporary, honorarium-based, no regular employment benefits
• Contract Duration: For the academic session 2026-2027
