Applications must be submitted online at ssc.gov.in. Candidates need to register via One-Time Registration (OTR) if not already registered. Live photograph capture (webcam/mobile) and scanned signature upload are mandatory. Multiple applications from the same candidate will be rejected.
The Commission does not collect state-wise/zone-wise vacancies. Candidates may approach concerned User Departments for zone-wise information. All India Service Liability (AISL) applies — selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India.

SSC CGL 2026 has a two-tier Computer Based Examination structure. Tier-I is qualifying (200 marks, 100 questions, 1 hour).
