RCF Apprentice Recruitment 2026 - 326 Graduate, Technician, Trade Apprentice Posts

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF), a leading profit-making Government of India Navratna Public Sector Undertaking with annual revenue of approximately Rs. 18,690 crore, has announced the engagement of 326 apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. The recruitment covers three categories: Graduate Apprentice (145 posts), Technician Apprentice (105 posts), and Trade Apprentice (76 posts). Training will be conducted at RCF's two manufacturing units - Trombay in Mumbai and Thal in Raigad district, Maharashtra. Online registration starts on 4 September 2026 at 8:00 AM and the last date to apply is 20 September 2026, 5:00 PM. There is no application fee.

For Graduate Apprentice posts, candidates must hold a B.Com, BBA, or any Graduate degree with basic English and computer operation knowledge. For Technician Apprentice posts, a relevant Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechanical) is required. For Trade Apprentice posts, qualifications range from B.Sc with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics to 12th class with Science, depending on the specific trade. The minimum age is 18 years and maximum is 25 years as on 1 September 2026, with age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwBD, and 5 years for 1984 riot victims' families. Candidates who have completed Act Apprentice training or have one or more years of job experience are not eligible.

The selection process is based on a merit list drawn from percentage marks in the prescribed essential educational qualification, followed by document verification and approval of the apprenticeship contract on the respective portal (NATS/NAPS). There is no written exam or interview. Selected apprentices receive a monthly stipend ranging from Rs. 14,600 to Rs. 17,300 depending on the trade. RCF also provides morning breakfast, tea, vegetarian lunch in the company canteen, OPD-basis medical facilities, and uniform with PPE during training. The company has no obligation to offer regular employment after training completion.
