Key documents include your HSC certificate, degree marksheets, Odia language certificate, category certificate (if applicable), a signed Affidavit (Annexure-I), photograph, and signature. All must be scanned and uploaded.
No, final year students are not eligible. You must possess the required Bachelor's degree on or before the closing date of the application, which is 27 February 2026.
General category candidates get a maximum of 6 attempts. However, candidates belonging to SC, ST, and SEBC categories have unlimited attempts as long as they are within the prescribed age limit.
A physical test is not required for most services. The only exception is for candidates opting for the Odisha Police Service (OPS), who must meet specific physical standards as per a separate government notification.

There is a horizontal reservation of 14 posts for Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates with 40% or more permanent disability. Age relaxation of 10 years is also provided for PwD candidates.
